1. Shipping Policy

Shipping Destinations & Rates

We ship worldwide.

  • Standard Shipping by Israel Post: calculated by weight at checkout.

Processing & Delivery Times

  • Order Processing: All orders are processed and shipped within 1-4 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or local holidays.

  • Estimated Delivery Times:

    • United States: 5-10 business days.

    • Europe: 7-10 business days.

    • Israel: 3-7 business days.

    • Rest of the World: 10-12 business days.

 

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance or carrier delays.

 

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can track your package directly through the Israel Post website or your local postal service website.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

www.isradecal.com is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the sole responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

 

2. Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love your purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied, we are here to help.

 

Return Window

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

 

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

 

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

  • The item must be in its original packaging.

  • You must provide the receipt, order number, or proof of purchase.

 

Return Shipping Costs

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

 

Refunds Process

  1. Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received it.

  2. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

  3. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment (PayPal or Credit Card).

3. Damaged or Faulty Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately at isradecal@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost to you.
