​Which shipment method do you use?

All orders from the website are sent via Air Mail. Orders weight 2kg and over are sent by EMS.

What is the shipping cost?

Shipping cost is calculated according to the shipment's weight.

 

 

​Which payment method do you accept?

We don't accept credit cards anymore. Only PayPal.

​What do I do if my order is missing an item when delivered?

 

Hopefully it will not happen. However, contact us and we will be happy to assist you with your order.

 

 

What do I do if I was sent an incorrect item?

If you receive an incorrect item in your order, immediately contact and notify us of the error. We will arrange a replacement to be sent out.

 

 

When will my order ship?

Most orders are shipped within 72 hours of processing (not including holidays and weekends).

 

 

How long does it takes to receive my order?

Air Mail takes time, sometimes around 14 days. If it takes longer than that, contact us and we'll check it up.
