We will do our best to send your order as soon as possible (1-4 days). Order processing times are in business days, and are contingent upon credit card authorization and do not include weekends or holidays. Your order will be confirmed by email.

At this time our website is not secured, therefore all orders and credit card details should be sent by fax (+972-77-5345965). Payment by Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. We only charge your card the day your order is shipped. For orders inside Israel, please contact us.

We ship worldwide. All shipments will be made via Air Mail or EMS (express air mail) for orders above 2kg. All rates include shipments (rates are subject to change). All charges are in US dollars.

Privacy: IsraDecal will never disclose any personal information you provide us, or any information related to your purchase history with us to any third parties.

Returns: If a return becomes necessary due to shipping damage or a defect in the product, please contact us via email within 10 days of its delivery to you and we'll take care of your complaint.
