IAF-53 Review
"Now we have a superb sheet in 1/48 for the AH-64D. In Israeli service it is the AH-64D-I Saraf and this has several modifications to it that differentiate it from the US version... The IsraDecal instruction sheet is among the best in the industry with a full stencil placement guide that takes up a lot of the sheet and instructions. As with all of IsraDecal's products, this one is highly recommended."

IAF-50 Review
"...The decals are superbly printed and contain the now-required highly detailed additional decals for unit badges and artwork. These are to be cut out and placed on the white backing that is provided. Overall, a superb sheet that should be quite popular."

Mohawk Decals Review
"...
A two page full color instruction sheet provides multiple views of the aircraft that aid the modeler in painting and decal placement of the aircraft they choose to model. The over 100 decals are printed by Cartograf in Italy and are all in perfect register and clarity... Ra'anan Weiss of IsraDecal is to be commended for taking a financial risking to offer a 1/72 scale decal sheet devoted to the Grumman OV-1 Mohawk. Hasegawa released their model of the OV-1 Mohawk for the first time over 30 years ago and this is the first time that any decal manufacturer was willing to produce decals for this airplane...Take out those long neglected Hasegawa kits from your loft and push away the stacks of Messerschmitt and F-16s from the model shelves the new IsraDecal sheet gives Grumman's Mohawk family its day in the sun."

F-15I Book Review
"...This is a walkaround detail book, including the history of the Israeli air Force F-15 and endless high quality colour photos of this awe inspiring aircraft... F-15I Book Review
"... It has been a while since a new book has gotten me this fired up. This book is fabulous!... I do not think there are enough positive adjectives in the English language to really describe this book -- great, super, fabulous, terrific, fantastic, and any others you can think of... Highly Recommended."

F-15I Book Review
"Here is the latest in IsraDecal Publications superb books on current IAF aircraft types... This book follows the same general format as their other publications... It is obvious that the author was given pretty much full access to an airframe as I don't see that anything was missed! ...The bottom line is that this is the finest publication yet available on the type and a supberb companion to Isradecals # 49 and their upcoming resin detail set. A MUST for enthusiasts of the IAF and for any modeler who wants to accurately portray the type in plastic."

Elite Decals 'Zodiacs' Review
"Isradecals has started a new line called Elite Decals. These cover non-Israeli subjects and while I've not been given the opportunity to review the earlier sheets, this one shows that the decals are of very high quality... Elite provides sufficient markings to enable the modeler to do both of the aircraft shown on the sheet."

IAF-49 Review
"IsraDecals continues with its releases of IAF aircraft sheets with this one on the F-15I Ra'am... As you'd expect, most of the instruction booklet is on stencil placement and a superb stencil guide is provided... Overall, an excellent sheet that 1/48 modelers will be thrilled to use. Isradecals is bringing out an F-15I conversion set that will make your Ra'am even more accurate than just using an F-15E kit."

IAF-45 & IAF-49 Review
"Excellent quality, multiple options; interesting subjects; attractive half-tone artwork... Highly Recommended... The decals are printed by Cartograf. The registration of the sample decals I received is perfect... even in the smallest scale, the data writing is still readable. Both sheets provide enough markings to make any F-15I "Ra'am" Eagle in the Israeli AF... Besides having clear instructions for where to place the decals on the model, there are a number of nice color photographs of the aircraft
from all the units that the decals provide... Don't let the price scare you off, though. If you love the "Ra'am" Eagle, these are really great decals that will not disappoint you. These are great decals of an aircraft that is unique to only Israel."

IAF-47 Review
"This new release from IsraDecal features all recent F-16A/B Netz flown by the Israeli Air Force. This particular sheet contains all stencils for 2 aircraft including all panel numbers for 2 planes.....all of which are quite readable. This decal sheet includes the new tail art of the "Flying Dragon" designed by IsraDecal's very own Ra'anan Weiss, and the artwork for the "Phoenix" and "Flying Wing" squadrons also designed by Ra'anan Weiss... The decals were beautifully printed including the tiniest text on both decal sheets and in perfect registration and even the tiniest stencils is quite readable."

IAF-47 Review
"... The sheet is most complete and includes tail markings for all the units listed. There are also a variety of number styles of numbers. The instruction booklet is in full color and includes a number of color photos as well. There is a full stencil suite in this double sheet, and an excellent placement guide is part of the instruction booklet. Enough data and insignia are provided to do two complete aircraft."

IAF-46 Review
"... The sheet is most complete and includes tail markings for all the units. There are also a variety of number styles as well as tie-ins with named aircraft, serials, and kill or mission markings. In addition to color information and the appropriate three views, there are a number of nice photographs of specific aircraft. With all this available to you on one sheet, there is no reason not to do a goodly number of aircraft from this sheet."
"www.ModelingMadness.com", by Scott Van Aken

IAF-45 Review
"... This particular sheet contains all stencils to make any F-15I that are in service with the IAF and includes all stencils including all panel numbers... all of which are quite readable. One thing I deeply admire about Isradecals is the way they group stencils together... so you apply larger clear decals containing many stencils....instead of applying each stencil individually. Also included are formation lights and chaff/flare dispensers. The decals were beautifully printed including the tiniest text on both decal sheets and in perfect registration and even the tiniest stencils is quite readable. The instruction book includes 4 view drawings of the aircraft showing placement of all markings and colour camo scheme layout. The sheet includes national insignia and and all stencils for one complete aircraft of any of the F-15I flown by the IAF."

IAF-43 Review
"...The sheet is superbly done with the new tail marks of the Bat squadron included. All the appropriate stencils are given and there is a selection of numbers to allow you to make any of the F-16Is that are currently in service... A trademark of Isradecal sets is a superb and most comprehensive instruction sheet. This includes both profiles and photos of the actual aircraft as well as a detailed stencil placement guide. In all, you can't find a better sheet on this important IAF aircraft."

'F-16I Sufa in IAF Service' Book Review
"It isn't that often that we get a detail photo book on the most modern IAF aircraft to enter service, but thanks to the reputation and diligence of the author, Ra'anan Weiss, we have THE walkaround book on the new F-16I 'Sufa' (Storm)... There then follows page after page of superb color photography, covering every nook, cranny and panel on the F-16I. This includes close detail photographs of the various weapons and stores carried by the Sufa. In fact, the entire book is in full color, and that includes several color profiles. It is almost impossible to find anything about this book that I don't like. It has been well thought out, provides more detail on the plane than most of us will ever need and makes for a fascinating read as well. Hard to believe it is the first in the 'Aircraft in Details' series and makes me wonder how they can possibly top it. This is the finest publication yet available on the type. A MUST for enthusiasts of the IAF and for any modeler who wants to accurately portray the type in plastic. Most highly recommended."

F-4 Stencils and Mirage Decals Sets Review
"The F-4 sheets make a hard job easy... The F-4 sheets are suitable for all USAF camouflaged examples plus many export users... The Mirage sheets are also highly recommended to anyone who likes modern jets or Israeli subjects."
"Scale Aviation Modeller International", April 2005

'Blackhawk' Conversion Kit Review
"For their second conversion set, IsraCast has done a set for the H-60 Blackhawk. This set is most complete and offers all the little lumps and bumps that tend to pop up on aircraft that have to operate in hostile environs... As with the previous set, the castings are superb with no casting glitches at all... The instructions are superb, offering photos of the actual aircraft and showing just exactly where the various bits go... This set allows you to do any of the various upgrades and the instructions tell you exactly what bits go with what upgrades. Combine this with IsraDecal sheet #23 for a superb replica."

'Sufa' Conversion Kit Review
"The first resin conversion set from the fine folks who have brought you quality decals for many years is for the new F-16I 'Sufa'... This IsraCast conversion set includes everything you need to make a super accurate representation of this new aircraft, save the decals, which can come from other sources, including IsraDecals. You get a completely new upper nose, full intake, tail-hook area, fin tip, conformal tanks, upper spine, gear doors and wheels, wing missile rails, and a number of other small bits and pieces. All are superbly cast without a hint of air bubbles or other defects one can find in resin. The instructions are outstanding, showing various aspects of the real aircraft and then having the replacement bits labeled so that you can see exactly where they fit and how they will look once the model is done. Frankly, this is the best way to do these sets and I'm surprised that no one else has picked up on this... This is truly an outstanding conversion set. I can highly recommend it."

IAF-36 Review
"You'd think that a company that specializes in Israeli Air Force subjects would run out of ideas for decal sheets. Well, that is not the case here. IsraDecal has moved into the realm of stencil decals... Isradecals provides a most comprehensive placement guide for these decals so that you can be sure to get them all in the proper location... The printing on the sheet is excellent as these are done by Cartograf in Italy."
"www.ModelingMadness.com", by Scott Van Aken

IAF-35, IAF-37 Review
"...IsraDecal and Cartograf have pushed decal design and printing technology to its limits in a new series of decals... The decals have been cleverly designed such that multiple stencils are offered on each clear backing piece, perfectly laid out in their proper position... Using a strong magnifying glass each stencil can actually be read, even in 1:72 scale!."

"...Don't let the price scare you off, though. If you love the Phantom, these are really great decals that will not disappoint you. For anyone wanting to make a correct Phantom with all the assorted data markings plastered all over the airframe, this is by far the best set to do it. These are great decals that I have been waiting a long time to have someone release. Now I need to push a S.E.Asian camouflaged Phantom upward in my "to do list" so that I can apply these to a Phantom model. Recommended."

IAF-2, IAF-3, IAF-4, IAF-5 Review
"All of these sheets are to the highest quality and have been based on research done in Israel. The manufacturer tells us that they are accurate in every detail and the level of accuracy is shown by the errata sheets included with all of these sheets reviewed above, as the finished product first time was obviously not up to standard for IsraDecal, so they produced the amended versions prior to release. The instruction sheets include a wealth of information and it should be noted that although we have listed just the options shown on the instruction sheets, many others could be made using a combination of the markings included. The instructions give full camouflage and colour details as well as a number of photographs which have never been seen before, so they are a real 'must' for all of IAF fans."
"Scale Aviation Modeller International", October 1998

IAF-1 Review
"Overall this sheet is excellent. The decision to include both scales on one sheet is a good one, as I am sure modellers will use the ones they want and be able to 'trade' the others with fellow modellers. The decals themselves have been printed by Microscale and therefore their quality is assured. This sheet is certainly a good start for IsraDecal and I can only hope they will consider doing further sheets for specific types..."
